• Performs data entry, typing, scanning, filing, copying, and faxing

• Scans documents using document retention system ADAMS

• Operates digital PBX phone system

• Responsible for managing nine conference rooms scheduling process, via electronic calendar

• Performs digital mail services—uses Federal Express, United Parcel Service, and U.S. Postal Services digital mailing system to send, receive, log, and track mail, as well as calculating and reporting funding and balances

• Conducts Property Management functions, such as receiving, inspecting, tagging and logging property into the property management system in
accordance with NRC’s procedures

• Performs Supply Replenishment functions: coordinate, prepare, receive, determine, and maintain office supplies, and maintain neat, organized supply storage rooms
